Business Architecture: Elevating your Business Analysis Practices

The most prevalent business architecture practices focus on the creation and management of requirements matrixes, process maps and use-cases, which is not surprising given these deliverables are typically produced during most IT solution delivery projects.  However, the real benefits of a business architecture practice are only obtained once business analysts learn and apply skills that enable them to model the organization from the business owner’s perspective – always keeping the customer at the forefront.

During this session, business analysts will be introduced to the business architecture competencies and methods used to “design the business of tomorrow, based on what is known about the business today and forecasted to happen in the future.”
